At Cousu Bio,  the quality of our fabrics is our priority;. Organic means quality,which we strive to achieve with every order.Despite everything, fabric remains a living material and as a waste minimisation company, we have to reconcile the best quality withthe fight against waste. A fabric can have defects,regardless of the supplier or the country of production. But to avoid any unpleasantsurprises, pleasefind below our quality policy and commitments.

• Our GOTS stamped fabrics are contrôlés as conforming to the GOTS specifications , a guarantee of quality throughout the supply chain to you.  License n°189321 Cousu Bio.

• The métrages are delivered in one piece, depending on the format chosen : 3 mètres pliés, 5 mètres or 10 mètres on bolt. Webs delivered on a roll (30, 40 or 50 meters) mayhave a cut during the roll.

• The coupons are delivered with a cut margin , we have to cut them;We allow a+-10% difference between the quantity ordered and the quantity delivered. The billing reflects the actual cut-off.

• Fabric is a living material,we grant a tolerance of 1 small amount needed every 3 or 5 metersspan class="c1"> (depending on the format chosen when ordering) at most. A défaut peut-être :

• a small tâche (maximum 2 mm)
• a hook (maximum 2 mm).
• one lick of colouring on one line of print (not reread).
• an irregularity in the design (not reacute).
• A marked crease; (not rété).
• An irregular weave or knit on a weft line (not rété).

The faults are indicated by a yellow label stapledin the border.

• The width of the fabric indicated on the fabric sheets is the same as the width of the fabric on the reverse side of the page.Thewidth of the fabric indicated on the product sheets is indicated in useful width » in centimeters.The fabric is wider in width but the legibility cannot beused.The selvage (up to 5 cm from the edge of the fabric) is a production margin that does notrsquo;has no aesthetic screw, it can be curled, scratched or marked with small holes.

• Fabrics delivered on a roll are not re-sold in our shop.If a roll appears to be defective beyond the above standards, please do not hesitate to contactus; Pleasedo not hesitate to contact us with photos, before washing.

• Scratchy fabrics (fleece, polar fleece, flannel) will moderately pilling.This isa normal behaviour since it is a product of the environment.This is a normal behaviour as it is a natural part of the fabric andit needs tobe artificially created on the fabric to give it softness. • The fabrics washed, untrimmed, used are not returned or changed.
