Cotton fleece is a knitted fabric with a fluffy, anti-pilling brushed side and a jersey side. It is slightly thinner than fleece but heavier and just as soft.

Inspirations

It is perfectly suited for making make-up remover wipes or baby wipes. It also insulates well, making it suitable for winter and sportswear such as jogging suits and sweatshirts.

If you want to make washable paper towels, grey fleece is a good alternative because it is absorbent, less messy and easier to clean than terry cloth.

Care

Slightly elastic fabric, pin your cuttings well before sewing in order to obtain perfect finishes.

Remains very soft after several washes.

In the case of washable wipes, after a few months, give them a bath with percarbonate of soda to give them back their original shine.
