The PUL is an organic cotton jersey coated with a polyurethane membrane which makes it waterproof.
The organic sewn PUL is Oeko-Tex certified (without harmful substances for human health). It is the best compromise for the realization of zero waste items requiring waterproofness: washable diapers, washable sanitary napkins, soap bags...
